The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to goodhouse. goodhouse operates this store and website, including all information, content, features, tools, products and related services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the “Services”). goodhouse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.
The following terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these “Terms of Service” or “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights and cover areas such as warranties, disclaimers and limitation of liability.

We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time, and we may limit the quantities of any product we offer to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, on an individual basis.

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. goodhouse reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, at its sole discretion. Your order will not be accepted until goodhouse confirms that it accepts it. We must receive and process your payment before we accept your order. You should review your orders carefully before completing your purchase, as goodhouse may not be able to process a cancellation request once an order has been accepted. In the event that we do not accept, change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting you using the email address, billing address or telephone number you provided at the time the order was placed.
You may return or make changes to your purchase only in accordance with our refund policy. 
You represent and warrant that your purchase is for your own personal or household use, and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in the order confirmation email sent to you. Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
Prices posted in our online stores may differ from the prices offered in our physical store or online store, or in other stores operated by third parties. From time to time we may offer promotions on the Services that may affect pricing and that are governed by terms and conditions that differ from these Terms. If there is a conflict between the terms of a promotion and these Terms, the terms of the promotion will prevail.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made in our stores. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address, credit card numbers and expiry dates, so that we can complete your transaction and contact you as needed.
You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you provide is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorised to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) the charges you incur will be accepted by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay the charges you incur at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not responsible for any delays in shipping and delivery. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs processing or events beyond our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Our Services, including but not limited to all trademarks, brands, text, samples, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio, and the design, selection and arrangement thereof, are the property of goodhouse, its affiliate or licensor and are protected by U.S. and foreign patents, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of the Services may constitute a violation of federal and state intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by goodhouse.
The names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans of goodhouse are trademarks of goodhouse or its affiliate or licensor. You must not use such trademarks without the prior written permission of goodhouse. The Shopify name, logo, product and service names, designs and slogans are trademarks of Shopify. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs and slogans on the Services are trademarks of their respective owners.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
You may be provided with access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor have any control or input over.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools “as is” and “as available” without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We will have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of the optional third-party tools.
Any use you make of the optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion, and you should ensure that you are familiar with, and approve of, the terms on which the tools are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).

goodhouse is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services. However, any sale or purchase you make in our store is made directly with goodhouse. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and goodhouse, including any injury, damage or loss resulting from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, damages and liability arising out of or relating to your purchase and transaction with goodhouse.

In addition, you agree not to: (a) upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that is or may be used in any way that affects the functionality or operation of the Services; (b) reproduce, duplicate, copy, extract, sell, resell or exploit any part of the Services; (c) collect or track the personal information of others; (d) spam, phish, pharm or pretext the Services; (e) use any robot, spider, scraping, data harvesting and extraction tools, automated devices or processes, artificial intelligence tools (such as agentic AI) or automated or manual means to access the Services; or (f) interfere with, circumvent or bypass the security or authorisation features, robot exclusion headers or other measures we employ to restrict access to the Services. We may terminate this agreement or your access to the Services (or any part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time without notice, and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination.
The following sections will continue to apply after any termination: Intellectual Property, Comments, Termination, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, Privacy Policy and any other provisions which by their nature should survive termination.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless goodhouse, Shopify and our affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and service providers from any loss, damage, liability or claim, including legal fees, payable to any third party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will notify you of any indemnifiable claim, provided that a failure to notify promptly will not relieve you of your obligations unless we suffer material damage. We may control the defence and settlement of such a claim at your expense, including the choice of counsel, but we will not settle any claim that involves non-monetary obligations on your part without your consent (which will not be unreasonably withheld). You will cooperate in the defence of indemnification claims, including by providing relevant documents.
