How long does delivery take?

Orders leave our supplier within 1–3 working days and arrive in 8–16 working days,

Can I return something?

You have 15 days from the day it arrives. The piece has to come back unused and in its packaging. Write to goodhouse.visual@gmail.com and we send you the instructions.
How do I track my order?

A tracking link goes out by email as soon as your order ships. If nothing has arrived by the end of the delivery window, write to us and we chase it for you.
What if it arrives damaged?

Send a photo to goodhouse.visual@gmail.com within 15 days of delivery and we replace it or refund it. You do not pay the return.
