Shipping policy

At GoodHouse we work with international suppliers so we can offer well-made interior pieces at prices that stay reasonable. That means delivery takes longer than at a local shop, and we would rather be straight with you about it than surprise you later.

Processing time

Once your payment is confirmed, your order is prepared within 1 to 3 working days before it leaves the warehouse.

Estimated delivery time

Because our products come mainly from factories and warehouses in Asia, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 working days, depending on the destination, local customs and the volume of orders in progress. During busy periods (sales, Black Friday, Christmas) this can stretch by a few days. If we spot a delay that affects your order, we will tell you.

Customs and import duties

European Union: the prices shown in the shop include VAT. There is nothing further to pay when your order arrives.

United States: since 2025 the United States has removed the exemption for low-value shipments. This means every parcel entering the United States is subject to import duties, with no minimum threshold. Those duties are set by US customs, not by GoodHouse, and they are paid by the recipient — usually to the carrier at the time of delivery. The amount depends on the type of product and its declared value. We cannot calculate it or collect it in advance.

Everywhere else: orders may be subject to import duties or taxes under the rules of the destination country. Where they apply, they are paid by the recipient.

In every case, customs clearance can add a day or two to the delivery time.

Possible delays

We do everything we can to meet the times above, but customs, weather, public holidays abroad and logistics problems can cause occasional delays outside our control.
